What can you do?

Consider extending the life of your existing telecom equipment. It is better for the environment reducing the energy and raw materials needed to manufacture new equipment. It is also cost very effective. Legacy Telecom provides a repair and refurbishment service for faulty system telephones and headsets and dispose of any equipment that is beyond economical repair in a lawful and environmentally friendly way. 

Buy refurbished equipment instead of new without compromising on quality and reliability. Our pre used equipment is refurbished to a high standard and comes with a 12 month warranty.

If you have unwanted equipment consider selling it, we may be interested in buying it from you to recycle or refurbish or if beyond economical repair ensure that it is disposed of correctly. 

What are we doing? 

We are extending the life of equipment by our repair and refurbish service and the re sale of pre used equipment

We ensure that products and materials we cannot re use are disposed of in an environmentally friendly way by using specialist waste contractors who sort all waste for future use.

Cardboard is bailed and sent to paper mills, metals are fragmentised to form new steel, cable is stripped for its copper and plastics are reprocessed to become new bottles, cartons and even clothing.  

Where possible we re use packaging materials and all of the boxes and stationary we purchase are manufactured from recycled material.  

We actively encourage our staff, suppliers and customers alike to communicate electronically where possible and not to send unnecessary paper correspondence such as faxes, mail shots, paper invoices, purchase orders etc.
