Telephone Repairs.

As well as saving you money with our vast range of new and refurbished system telephones our telephone repair service can save you hundreds, possibly thousands of pounds on your existing telephones. If you have out of warranty system telephones not covered by your site maintenance that are faulty or broken  our workshop can repair them at a fraction of the cost of buying a replacement.

Our trained engineers will  repair your telephones to a high standard and all consumables such as line cords, handset cords and labels will be replaced. Our costs are fixed so you know exactly how much your repairs will cost.

IP telephones are repaired for £45.00 and digital system telephones £40.00. Repairs are normally completed within seven working days of receipt and we will notify you of any telephone deemed to be beyond economical repair. These will be returned at no cost or alternatively we can dispose of them or part exchange them against either a new or refurbished telephone.

Some of the older model system telephones are now no longer economical to repair as the cost to replace them is very close to the repair cost, in this instance we will offer the customer the opportunity to purchase a replacement (refurbished)  complete with a 12 month warranty. 

Once the telephones have been repaired and refurbished we shrink wrap them and carefully package them individually with an anti bacterial wipe and return them by next day courier.

All our repairs are backed by a full six month warranty and in the unlikely event a telephone fails within that period we will repair it free of charge.
